Great idea! And my Thai mate says its not a cheat, all thai people use a ‘base’ to work with!

Good video, although our lass puts the coconut milk in first and breaks it down BEFORE you add the paste…who knows which is best?

it doesn’t really matter, to be honest.
personally i like to do it like its done in the video above, but at the end of the day the difference in taste is very small. you’d have to be from thailand to know the difference.

Well he doesnt sound like it, he probably lost his accent.
Theres a lot of Brits who work in Australia, most of us dont have anything against anyone working here.

That’s way too much paste. I’d use 1 tbsp, no more than 2 tbsp for that many servings.
You certainly don’t need to add more spice to the green curry, it’s the hottest one. This guy is playing a prank.
If you’re new to curry try the yellow, it’s not spicy but same flavor.
I personally omit the fish sauce as it overpowers the other flavors.
If you like a thicker sauce combine 1 tbsp corn starch 1/2 cup of water in a cup and add a little until it’s thick enough. Bring to boil.
