I recently installed the Home-brew Channel on my wii (with Banner bomb) But im not sure weather or not this Unlocked my wii to play ‘Backup’ games. Does any body know if it does?

If you have the homebrew channel your wii will be able to play backups. You might need to install a cios though. Try this great guide for more help: http://www.howtomodyourwii.com

Having only the homebrew channel will not allow you to play your backup games. You will need another application to launch the actual playing.
Below is one website that gives you detailed steps and endless support on installing the other applications so that it allows you to do more things with your homebrew channel.
Not only that, it transforms your Wii console from a mere gaming machine to a DVD and media player as well.

You can play GB, GBC, GBA, and N64 ROMS. I know you CAN play backup games for Wii and Gamecube. But I don’t know how to play Wii backups. Idk whether its safe or not, it could break your Wii. I just asked a question similar to this one, except it is just Gamecube backups. If you could answer that would be great.
