Good video, just have a few recommendations.
Boiling in the microwave is fine, just be sure your microwave is very clean. Otherwise the steam from the boiling water could loosen some food matter on the top of the microwave and it may fall into your water. boiling water is a common way to clean a microwave
A fridge is full of bacteria. Instead, fill your sink part of the way with cold water and set your pyrex dish in there. Toss in some ice cubes in the water.
Wait 15 minutes before stirring.
