About getting your boil kettle out of that stand… can you cut a section out of that top ring? Say using a dremel tool with a cut-off wheel.

That’s the first thing I thought as well, of course I could always use the built-in valve! In the future I think that will become my hot liquor tank, ( why is it called “liquor”? is it liquid??) HLT in any case. I am very close to scoring a 15gallon keg, so I can rebuild my old burner to hold that, and I’ll end up with 3-tier of sorts.
AND THEN I’LL TAKE OVER THE WORLD!!!
…or, at least, 10gal batches.
Too much fat in this vid, don’t you think??
Needs some more editting?

Thanks Boots, I ramble on a bit much, I think I need to go back and cut out some of the dead spots. The more i make the more I realise the amatuer mistakes…
