  1. I really like how it’s coming together. I don’t see any problems so far. You could add a center mounted tower eventually to hold a 3rd vessel up higher as your sparge water tank. That way you can heat your sparge in the BK during the mash and then move it to the upper tank while you run off. This will also give you the option to fly sparge if that vessel is insulated well. Looking forward to seeing more.
