Dogfish Head Brews 9000 Year Old Beer Recipe from Chateau Jiahu Neolithic Burial site

Stacey gives her foodie opinion of 9000 year old beer being sold by Delaware-based Dogfish Head Brewery. The recipe comes from a Neolithic burial site Chateau Jiahu in China. They say beer brewed in ancient times probably wouldn’t really taste that great to modern beer drinkers. Stacey still wants some.
