what i usually do is put a film of foil paper on the top! just layer it on the chicken dont mold it to the chicken! WHAALLAA

looks yumm=]..but u could add the spices like mixx all those into a low fat youghart and brush it on top of that yum chicken,..would taste yummah!

a trick to rotisserie is to put the spices or at least SALT inside the chicken so when it spins the centrifuge effect injects the flavour inside the thick parts of the chicken like the breast and ribs.
I’ve tried putting the salt and spices inside in the chicken for a roast and it works too.

To clarify: 220 degree celsius is around 420 in fahrenheit. He uses celsius in the video, I think.
