I bought a homemad beer kit out of state and it didn’t come with any directions. This is what I have:
hop pelets 1 oz
whole leaf hop 1 oz
dried malt extract 2 lb
liquid malt extract 3.3 lb
priming sugar 5 oz
cheesecloth, it looks like
I have all the equipment but not the directions

I want to cook sliced chicken breasts in a light and crispy batter served with home made sweet and sour sauce but I cannot find a recipe for beer batter in which to coat the chicken.
